Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click Checkout (Tick at the top of the screen) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment on-line via our secure partner Protx and payments via Nochex. Payments are charged in English Pounds (£). If you wish to pay by PayPal, please e-mail us for details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Delta, Electron and Amex.
If you have a Nochex account, you can also pay by your credit card with via this accounts - please select Nochex as your payment method. This will then redirect you to the relevant payment terminal. Once you have completed your payment you will be redirect back to AS Mail Order.
You will be sent an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received and another when it is despatched. However, we have found that many aol, hotmail and wanadoo customers do not receive their e-mails as they are sent to their spam folders. Please therefore check your spam folders for e-mails from AS Mail Order and add us to your buddy list.
Orders are then processed and posted as soon as possible, but please allow up to 21 days.
We aim to have all details and prices correct at the time of publishing. However, occasionally errors occur and we reserve the right to amend details and prices once an error is discovered. If this affects an order, the item will be cancelled, refunded and you will be sent an e-mail with the corrected details and the opportunity to re-order. |
Shipping And Handling Orders are despatched as soon as possible, but please allow up to 21 days.
Postage Options
POSTAGE IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £45 for UK Recorded Delivery orders. Postage for International Orders is calculated.
Recorded Delivery. Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Charged by weight at Royal Mail rates plus a packing charge of £1. This is calculated once you have placed your order. 2kg maximum weight. Recorded means that you will have to sign for your order when you receive it. If you are not in, Royal Mail will ask you to collect your order from your local post/sorting office.
Special Delivery. Next day delivery after posting. This is also a signed for service requiring a signature on delivery. Charged by weight at Royal Mail rates plus a packing charge of £1. 10kg maximum weight.
Special Buyers Club (Members Only) - this is a mailing list members only special promotion option. Please do not select this option unless you qualify. If you are not a qualifying member you will be charged the appropriate Recorded Delivery charge.
You will receive an e-mail when your order has been despatched and is in the postal system. Goods will be sent by the postage method you select. AS Mail Order will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in the post. Recorded Delivery is compensated by Royal Mail to the value of £27 and Special Delivery is compensated to the value of £250. Please select the option you would like to use.
Your order will have an invoice/packing note attached to the front of the packing (box/padded bag/envelope, etc). Please check this carefully. Any shortages must be notified to us within 48 hours and confirmed in writing. |

Credit Card Security Credit/Debit cards are processed online via a Secure Server - this redirects you to Protx, the specialist secure server credit card system. This is a secure server and you will see the Padlock in your toolbar to show that it is a secure server. We have teamed up with Protx and Barclays Merchant Services to ensure that your credit card transaction is as secure as possible. Your details are not held on our server and are not transmitted in plain text at all. Everything is encrypted and digitally signed. Transactions are completed at the time you place your order and you will receive confirmation of this at the time.

Returns Policy No personal items can be returned unless they are faulty. Other items can be returned within 30 days of order for an exchange or credit.
Personal items include, but are not limited to, the following:- vibrators, dildos, creams, lotions, condoms and any other item which may have had its hygene compromised.
If you wish to return an item, please telephone or e-mail for a returns number. Any items returned without a returns number will not be refunded.
Postage is non refundable.
