You will receive a kit worth at least £350 at a flat fee of £95. It is yours to keep. How many parties can I do? As many as you like. Working with ASMO means you work for yourself .. it’s your own business … you work when you want. The more parties you do .. the more money you make. Do I have to achieve targets? Whilst you are establishing yourself and your business in your first 3 months, we set some targets to achieve, they are not compulsory, but if you hit them you receive free products to either add to your kit or to your personal collection. Once you are established we do not impose any targets, however, bonuses are paid for high sellers and their are regularly competitions where you can win prizes. How would I get my Parties? Most people start off by having a Party at home, or at FRAN’s house (Friends, Relations, Acquaintances & Neighbours). Canvassing, School Gates, Advertising, anywhere you go you should talk ASMO. People do want the Parties. At the parties you hold you should get more Bookings. So your business will grow.Do I have to do parties? Parties are the easiest way to earn money, but there are many other ways of earning. You can use catalogue folders, leaving these at work places, clubs, schools, etc. You could even have your own website.Is there a minimum order value? No. There is a delivery charge of £5 for any size of order.How much would I really earn? You receive a 35% discount on all orders. From this you need to deduct the hostesses discount so it works out around 26% on Party Orders, e.g. if the party sales are £200 you receive £57 profit.How much discount would I get off my personal orders? 30% on anything you want to buy … whether it is for yourself or for your Kit.Doesn’t your Husband mind? No … party planning is a job that you fit in and around your family … you work when you want. It is an ideal job if you have children … he can look after the kids at night … and you get a break, in women’s company, earning an average of £50 per night and have fun doing it. No, but it helps. Some of the more successful Party Planners do not drive. Your raffle money should cover the cost of a cab.Are there many bonuses I can achieve? Yes. If you are a high seller (over £1,500 a month) you receive a 2% bonus. You may also decide that you would like to manage your own team, you receive a 5% bonus as a manager. In your first 3 months there are a series of targets you may want to achieve, when you do, you will receive free items to either add to your kit or for your personal collection.Do I have to go to lots of Meetings? A district meeting is held once a month. They are fun and informative. You get to meet the rest of the team, swap ideas, learn new games and hopefully get motivated. It is not a compulsory meeting, but it is well worth attending.There are also advanced training sessions and workshops which you can attend if you feel that you need a refresher course or just want some new ideas. These meetings are usually held on a Sunday. Yes, everybody starts the same way … with the same chances. If you would like to make a Career out of working with ASMO, we can help you all the way. To become a manager you will need to encourage other people to join the team and have a proven sales record yourself. There is a training course to show you how to do it. Once you have been promoted as a manager you can start earning your 5% bonus.How do I start? Complete the online information form. We will then give you a ring and arrange an appointment to see you. You will need to speak to everyone you know to encourage them to book a party and help your business. Your kit can only be supplied to you with 6 confirmed bookings. Once you have your bookings and payment for your kit is received, you will then be enrolled onto the next available training course and you are in business. |
